2005年4月17日，刘恒杰博士在北京大学公开发表《广义投资相对论》。2009年12月5日，中国教育部主管，清华大学主办学术数据库《中国优秀博士硕士学位论文》收录并发布了这篇博士学位论文。
2013年9月25日，《广义经济学》发布并获得中国国家版权局登记。
广义经济学理论发现了生命器质物质的不对称性和其基本分型结构，发明了能量价值尺度的经济学研究方法，定义了现实社会物质是多维时空的投射，因此推定有了多维时空成本。
